Your Fleet Management Technology Advantage: 

K.I.D. Truck and Trailer Service proudly offers our valued customers access to a powerful fleet-management software tool at no additional cost. 

Our service software will allow you as a customer to view the following from any device connected to the Internet: 

• List of units including VIN/YEAR/MAKE/MODEL
• Repair history of each unit, ability to reprint invoices, inspection forms, safety certificates, etc.
• Fleet Reporting – all Predictive Maintenances being tracked on your fleet and whether PM is in good standing, coming due or past due.  A mileage tracking module is also available to update mileage between service intervals.
• Ability to request service on a unit before or during a workshop visit
• View status of an active service in progress and send a message to shop regarding ongoing work
• View and authorize or reject suggested repairs on a detailed estimate.  Deferred repairs will remain with the unit as a reminder to be completed at a later time.

Services like annual inspections, 90-day PMs, Lube/Oil/Filter Service, etc. can be tracked based on days/months since last service, mileage, engine hours or any combination of the above.  Custom forms, photos, scanned documents, etc. can be attached to any invoice as a record (company inspection reports). 

A custom service can be created based on your individual needs.  Add as few or many items as you choose to be inspected during your PMs.  Each item is checked and signed off by the tech completing the task, and a report is attached to your invoice.  This leads to unmatched transparency and accountability as we care for your fleet. 

All of your maintenance files are accessed simply, from anywhere in the world.  No more digging through files to find invoices from last month or last year!
